while I was reading the blog of BBQ addicts I saw a steak sauce that looked good with all the ingredients and they said tasted similar to A.1. my all time favorite i'm going to try it and this is the recipie


1 cup of ketchup
1/2 a cup of onion grated
1 large clove of garlic pressed
1/4 a cup of water
1/4 a cup of worcesteshire sauce
1/4 a cup of lemon juice
1/4 a cup of cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of prepared mustard
combine all ingredients in a small saucepan
let simmer for 30 minutes uncovered
stir often until it reaches a good consistency
